The keyword search for "Learning 2.o" resulting in the following :-

-in tags - 160
- in blog directory - 29

When the blog writer puts the blog in a category or tags the blog posts, they are saying that the blog or post has a lot of relevance to that subject, but it takes more work for them to do that. So there are fewer search results in tags or blog directories, but we would expect them to be much more useful.
I also explored 'popular blogs,searches and tags' and I noticed that the blogs listed under 'top favourite blogs' and 'top blogs' were reference type blogs whilst under "top searches' and 'tags' were more general interest or topical.
